Context
Sberbank, the largest bank in Russia, operates a vast technology platform that is utilized by over 13,000 individuals daily in the development of more than 5,000 services. To ensure that developers and analysts can easily find and reuse components and APIs, we created the META system. Only in one year, Meta has come a long way from concept to core product of the ecosystem.

Problem
During product development, we encountered a low influx of new users. Also, the metric that we focused on: the level of satisfaction was also below the expected mark of 85%. So I conducted user researches and found out that the developers do not trust the information in the registry and continue to confirm the information personally.
Solution
I began to shift the concept of our system towards social functions. I have added social features such as contacts and change history, subsequently, combining the story with comments. Users accepted the changes with enthusiasm.
Conclusion
Within a year of working on the project, our satisfaction rate increased to 92 percent, and 80 percent of the development teams began to use the product itself. Also the reuse of ready-made solutions, increasing by 33%. Additionally, the time it took for development decreased by 2.5%. Our product was widely adopted and is now utilized by almost all teams within the bank, and is also a part of Sber's cloud solutions.
