Context
We started working on the project in early January 2022. Developers chose a ready-made engine for online stores and marketplaces in advance.

Problem
We launched already in February less than in one month after start of developing, and faced a high bounce rate of 70 percent. At the same time, most of our users used mobile devices on which our site had a default view, that wasn't at all what we needed. It was necessary to fix the mobile version.
Solution
There was very little time, as we had already started. Therefore, I spent less than two weeks on the launch version. However, I tried to take into account all the user stories that we have already covered in the desktop version.
Conclusion
Within a month, the new version managed to reduce the bounce rate from 70 to 8.6 percent.
